Most orders are delivered within 4 working days, but please allow 10 working days for delivery. Claims cannot be actioned until 10 working days have elapsed. If you need your order quicker please either send us a mail to sales@bestinks.co.uk or telephone us on 01235 559000.
Fulfilment of an order is subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to decline an order.
If, when ordering from us, you think you might be away please leave an alternative delivery address or instruction e.g. leave with neighbour. In general, our courier will attempt two deliveries but in the event that they are unsuccessful and the goods are returned to us and you still require them, a delivery charge may be made.
In all circumstances these conditions are extant.
Carriage
Delivery within the UK mainland is free. With the exception of the Isle of Wight, delivery to islands and highlands (including Northern Ireland) may attract an extra charge - please contact us for details.
