Returns Policy

Returns or Complaints

In the unlikely event of your product seeming to be faulty, please let us know immediately. Complaints must be made within 10 working days of date of delivery. No complaint outside of this time frame will be considered.

Any returns must be authorised in writing and, unless previously agreed, return postage, packing insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded. Please retain proof of postage to facilitate claims in case your goods are lost in transit. If we have agreed to arrange collection and your goods are not collected within 10 working days of the date we advised, please contact us. Failure to do so will invalidate any claim.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of our products. In all circumstances these conditions are extant.
