Stock Availability
Once we have received your order it will be processed. If an item is not in stock, you will be informed of this. Please email, fax or telephone us if your order is urgent.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered by courier within 4 working days, but please allow 10 working days for delivery. Claims cannot be actioned until 10 working days have elapsed. If you need your order quicker please either send us a mail to sales@bestinks.co.uk or telephone us on 01235 559000.
Fulfilment of an order is subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to decline an order.
If, when ordering from us, you think you might be away please leave an alternative delivery address or instruction e.g. leave with neighbour. In general, our courier will attempt two deliveries but in the event that they are unsuccessful and the goods are returned to us and you still require them, a delivery charge may be made.
In all circumstances these conditions are extant.
Carriage
Delivery within the UK mainland is free. With the exception of the Isle of Wight, delivery to islands and highlands (including Northern Ireland) may attract an extra charge - please contact us for details.
Returns or Complaints
In the unlikely event of your product seeming to be faulty, please let us know immediately. Complaints must be made within 10 working days of date of delivery. No complaint outside of this time frame will be considered.
Any returns must be authorised in writing and, unless previously agreed, return postage, packing insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded. Please retain proof of postage to facilitate claims in case your goods are lost in transit. If we have agreed to arrange collection and your goods are not collected within 10 working days of the date we advised, please contact us. Failure to do so will invalidate any claim.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of our products. In all circumstances these conditions are extant.
Our Product Guarantee
All our inkjet and laser cartridges are either original, compatible or remanufactured and are 100% compatible with your machine. Our guarantee extends for two months from date of purchase. In the unlikely event of a problem, please contact us.
The page length as stated on our website is in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines, typically this is 5% coverage of an A4 page. We cannot guarantee that any cartridges (including inkjets, toner cartridges and printheads) will last for a pre-determined length of time or page length as this depends upon the product useage and ink consumption.
Ways of Paying
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Switch. The security used for online transactions is "WorldPay". Neil Eades is responsible for the security on this website. Alternatively, you can send us a cheque with your order. Please allow sufficient time for your cheque to clear before your goods are despatched.
We are happy to accept official purchase orders from schools, colleges, universities, local authorities and government bodies. Please select your requirements from our site and phone us on 01235 559000 to check availability. Alternatively, fax your official purchase order to 01235 554206 whereupon we will despatch your goods and send you an invoice.
VAT
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT which is added at the checkout. If you are sending us a cheque, please do not forget to add the VAT on.
